Embroidery Designs - Ownership of the Hawker Hurricane, Lancaster Bomber, World Cup, Scottish, Welsh and Northern Ireland flags embroidery designs remain the property of our licensors, Mellowmouse. Ownership of the Lionheart Heraldric embroidery design remains the property of embroidery.com. Please note, use of this emblem, is the symbol of England used by Richard the Lionheart that displays three golden lions often described as "leopards of Aquitaine" on a scarlet background. This represents the powerful symbol of the English Throne during the time of the Crusades, and nothing more. The design is officially the heraldic Armorial of Plantagenet from the House of Plantagenet also known as the House of Anjou. The emblem must NOTbe mis-construed, or considered a replication of the official three lions logo which is owned by the Football Asociation and shows lions in a different pose along with ten roses on their emblem. Our merchandise is totally unofficial.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling so if you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Visa Purchasing and Debit Card payments using Switch, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and Solo. By placing your order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
UK customers only - if you prefer you may send your credit card information via fax to 0871 900 5986, or by Royal Mail to 365 SportStore Workwear & Sportswear, PO Box 273 Bexhill-on-Sea, TN40 9GA. Sorry but we no longer accept cheques.
Pricing: If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price.
Shipping And Handling
UK & BFPO Customers - All goods weighing up to 1kg are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery unless otherwise stated. Goods weighing between 2kg-10kg are sent by Royal Mail, next day Special Delivery or standard parcel with compensation.
Europe & Rest of the World - For security all goods weighing up to 2kg are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For. This service electronically tracks your parcel and a signature will be required upon delivery. If you wish to order goods exceeding 2kg in weight, our system will advise you that the weight of your goods exceeds the maximum and these should be purchased by making a new separate order.
Due to debit/credit card fraud we do NOT ship to any African countries other than South Africa. We will also not ship to Russia, Romania and certain other countries where we suspect the order to be fraudulent. Similarly, orders made in Ghana, Nigeria or other African or certain eastern european countries for shipping to UK or USA addresses will NOT be processed.
Delivery Schedule
At times of major tournaments or tours and away fixtures, order deadlines and despatch dates will be clearly advertised below.
Orders for TShirts, Polo shirts Sweatshirts & Fleeces are despatched direct from our supplier. Please allow up to 21 days to receive your goods before the date of the match providing you order before the deadline stated by the item, if applicable, on the site.
*** PERIOD 2nd May - 11th May 2012 - No badge or baseball cap orders will be despatched during this period due to annual holidays. All orders made during this period will be despatched on Monday 14th May 2012. ***
All other orders allow up to 21 days for delivery though most orders are despatched in around 10 days.
If an item is unavailable from our suppliers we reserve the right to send you a substitute of equal or better quality, but before doing so, we will notify you by email.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are safe and secure on the WorldPay Ltd. server and are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our clothing products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee, but please check your size before placing your order.
Each garment is shown with a size chart showing chest sizes in both centimetres and inches. We are not obliged to replace any goods made to order if you have ordered the wrong size.

Privacy Policy
365 SportStore do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
Please check your size before ordering. If you order the wrong size, an exchange will only be made for * normal stock items only.
* In other cases such as T-shirts, Polo shirts, Sweatshirts and Fleeces which are always specially "made to order" these are not returnable unless due to a fault in manufacturing, printing or embroidering. We regret that Pin Badges other than for a manufacturers fault, and Football programmes are also not returnable (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Refunds - Unless otherwise stated, if you are not entirely satisfied, we will refund your monies in full within 30 days of purchase.
Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. For returns from outside the UK there may be an import fee (charged by the UK government) for goods being returned to the UK however this is only incurred if you state the value of the goods being returned. It is very simple to avoid the fee, all returned goods must be clearly marked as RETURNS with a value of less than £20 and they will be exempt from any import charges. Likewise when we despatch exchanges we will mark them as returns so that you don't get charged any import tax.
Duplicate Ordering - If we receive an order for the same items ordered more than once on the same day, for garments we will ALWAYS check with you prior to producing your goods. For pin badges as it is not uncommon to order more than one badge, we will despatch your goods. If you did order in error you will need to return the unwanted badges at your own expense after which we will refund your monies, less a £3.00 administration fee to cover additional bank charges.
Remittance Terms
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside of the UK or Gibraltar, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
