PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DELIVERY TIMES:- All orders will be despatched as soon as possible and TShirts and Polo shirts normally take between 14 and 17 days but our suppliers will do their best to despatch your item(s) for you to receive them before the date of the match. You should however allow at least SEVEN DAYS from the date you order.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling so if you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Visa Purchasing and Debit Card payments using Switch, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and Solo. By placing your order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
UK customers only - if you prefer you may send your credit card information via fax to 0871 277 0955, or by Royal Mail to Cairnryan House, 365 SportStore, Main Street, Cairnryan DG9 8QX. You can also continue to pay by cheque. CHEQUES MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO " CAIRNRYAN HOUSE" If using this method, we must receive your remittance within 3 working days or your order will be cancelled.
Shipping And Handling
UK & BFPO Customers - All goods weighing up to 1kg are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. Goods weighing between 2kg-10kg are sent by Royal Mail, next day Special Delivery.
Europe & Rest of the World - For security all goods weighing up to 2kg are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For. This service electronically tracks your parcel and a signature will be required upon delivery. If you wish to order goods exceeding 2kg in weight, our system will advise you that the weight of your goods exceeds the maximum and these should be purchased by making a new separate order.
Delivery Schedule
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING DELIVERY TIMES:- All orders will be despatched as soon as possible but TShirts, Polo shirts Sweat shirts and Fleeces usually take between 7 and 14 days but you should always receive your goods before the date of the match providing you order before the deadline stated by each current item.
At times of major tournaments or tours, order deadlines and despatch dates will be clearly advertised.
Badges / Basball Caps will be delivered within 4 working days.
UK customers only - if you have mailed your credit card details or are paying by cheque, your order will take longer to process.
If an item is unavailable from our suppliers we reserve the right to send you a substitute of equal or better quality, but before doing so, we will notify you by email.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are safe and secure on the WorldPay Ltd. server and are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

365 SportStore do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
Please check your size before ordering. If you order the wrong size, an exchange will only be made for * normal stock items only.
* In other cases such as T-shirts, Polo shirts, Sweatshirts and Fleeces which are always specially "made to order" these are not returnable unless due to a fault in manufacturing, printing or embroidering. We regret that Pin Badges other than for a manufacturers fault, and Football programmes are also not returnable (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Refunds - Unless otherwise stated, if you are not entirely satisfied, we will refund your monies in full within 30 days of purchase.
Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. For returns from outside the UK there may be an import fee (charged by the UK government) for goods being returned to the UK however this is only incurred if you state the value of the goods being returned. It is very simple to avoid the fee, all returned goods must be clearly marked as RETURNS with a value of less than £20 and they will be exempt from any import charges. Likewise when we despatch exchanges we will mark them as returns so that you don't get charged any import tax.
Remittance Terms
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside of the UK or Gibraltar, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
